Change "Not Posts Here Yet" to something else

Hello

Some of my forums guests do not have permission to view, in the past it displayed a nice protected forum message and displayed the number of topics/posts in that forum

Is there anyway to change it to this as currently it just looks like half my forums are unused to the guest when there not.
