Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Revast Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Hello,Is there any way I can completely customize IP.Content's page <title>? As of right now, it's always followed by the "Site Name" title, I'd like to remove that part. I came across this here, but that doesn't seem to work. I assume that's dated, or am I doing something wrong? I'm using 4.0.7.I'm also seeking assistance for Menu links in IP.Content. Is there any way to set it to open in a new tab (target="_blank")? I'm only looking to do this to a few links that lead off-site.Lastly, is there any way to move some IP.Content Menu links before the "Forums" and other application links? I can easily just turn off the Forum link from the Applications settings and create a new link via the IP.Content Menu but then I lose it's Active CSS attribute that I'd like to keep. I'm also aware of the one additional Navigation link option provided in the "General Configuration" settings but that one doesn't seem to utilize the Active CSS attribute either when I link my home IP.Content page there.Thank you for your time!
tzrtim Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 on the template part use <title>{expression="output.getTitle( $title )"}</title>then when you create a new "page" type in the titile you want for the page?If that helps on that?
