As of 4.0.7, my background processes continue getting stuck and my host doesn't allow to set 1 minute cron jobs. I'm also noticing hovercards not working at first. I have to hover over them 2 or 3 times before they pop up. Topics are the same as well. Sometimes they'll take ages to load but this is solved by reloading the topic twice which I don't like.

I assume this has to do with processes not being done, but again, it doesn't let me do 1 minute cron jobs. What can I do?

Any help?
