Is there a way to adjust the 'ipsLayout_minimal' template, as is shown on pages like this: http://community.invisionpower.com/privacy/ ?

I have no idea where to find it. I've looked all over the theme for it, but no luck.

Ideally, I'd like to stop it from displaying so I can have the framework remain identical on all pages.
