Facebook Login fails

I created facebook app with api key.

after enabling facebook with api  in Login Handlers / IPS 4 i get this error Error code: 2S272/1

 

any idea how to fix

It's a result of the IPS spam service monitoring. The account/user is being denied registration.

Well that was a little closer. now i get a white screen. ( i removed the options mentioned above)

I admit im new and can use advise.

Did you get approved by Facebook for the correct permissions?

Well it does these automatically:

 

Approved Items

LOGIN PERMISSIONS
email Provides access to the person's primary email address. This permission is approved by default.
public_profile Provides access to a person's basic information, including first name, last name, profile picture, gender and age range. This permission is approved by default.
user_friends Provides access to a person's list of friends that also use your app. This permission is approved by default.

It's not facebook. It's the IPS spam service that's preventing the registration. I looked under the hood.

As for the white screen, well.... that can only be diagnosed by a technician.

Thanks Kevin, turns out white screen was due to Addon found it using IPS 4 support feature
