No go on 4.5 upgrade

When trying to install the 4.5 version over 4.3 upgrade, I'm getting this error message:

Sorry, there is a problem
That page does not exist.
Error code: 2S100/1

Any ideas? Should I not install 4.5 as there seems to be a few big bugs?
