Admin login problemm

One of my users spammed my forum creating about 500 topics in few seconds, now i can't log in into ACP:

 

An error occured with the SQL server:

mySQL query error: SELECT * FROM ipbadmin_login_logs WHERE admin_success = 0 AND admin_time > 0 ORDER BY admin_time DESC LIMIT 0,4

This is not a problem with the IPS Community Suite but rather with your SQL server. Please contact your host and copy the message shown above.

Before someone will say 'mysql server problem' ect. More complicated queries works fie (example inner join queries). This is a only mysql problem i've got, like somehow forum cached this error.

 

How to fix it? or how to disable this specific query.

Register a new user.

Open in phpMyAdmin table "ipbmembers"

Open for editing your new user. In cell member_group_id change value =4.

Sign in with your new profile in the forum and try to log into the admin panel.
