Where should I put the JavaScript SDK code for version 4?

Ok, got it!

If anyone is wondering how to do this.

1. Go to your Theme in the AdminCP

2. Click on </> to edit HTML/CSS

3. Go to Core > Font > Global> Global Template

4. Insert just after <body> tag

This is not working for me; I have tried several things but I do not manage to solve it. My code in globalTemplate is:
