Lost the anonymous user silhouette avatar

Hi,

I have lost my anonymous user silhouette avatar, all I get in instances where it should be shown is this:

 

Could someone please upload it and advise me where it needs to go.

I just rightclicked on the image and was looking for where the imagepath was linked to...
After that I just created a new default avatar, named it as the path told me, uploaded it to the this path (had to create a new folder)
the missing images is linked to... and done

In 4 it's a lot easier than that.  Just go to the Customization -> Appearance -> Themes, then on the Theme that you are using, click on the down arrow on the very right and choose manage resources.  

 

Then once you do that, find the default_photo.png one and click on the pencil icon and upload a new one.
