Hi, could someone please share an example of how IPS is achieving changing the colours of the individual keys in a bug report?

I understand using {$value} in the custom listing format, however even with an {{if}} statement I can't seem to achieve having it switch the colours of the labels it just ignores any css class assignment I set.
