Installed mod not visible

In the past, I bought and installed this mod http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/6247-time-frame-maximum-threads-limit/

It was correctly installed, but it seemed to have some problems so I uninstalled it. I then asked for help to the developer, so we had to reinstall it.

The problem is that, after putting all the files in place, it isn't shown in the list of not installed apps, so I can't enable it.

What can I do?
