Acronyms aren't specific to languages

I really like the acronym feature but I feel it could benefit from allowing entries to be translatable. As things stand I'm having to write {explanation in Lang 1/explanation in Lang 2}, so users will see both, even if they don't understand the other language. This could get particularly messy as more languages are potentially added.

Might there be scope to allow language-specific acronyms?
