Am i going to have to pay for another Url change?

I am trying to convert from phpbb3 to ipb. I face some issues and contacted support. However i followed the official guide to convert and it says to use a sub forum like domain.com/ipb . I did so, and found that my license is actually registered for domain.com/ipb
I want to use it on index thought, as the guide suggests we change it..later!
Am i going to have problem if i change it to index? I just followed the InvisionPower guide!

Thanks and sorry for the wrong place to post the topic, i submitted a general support ticket with a print screen. I would like to avoid having you migrate my forum (the average time of 8 days is too much to have my forum shut down). Thanks!!
