Attach Setting: max file or size for periods (day, week, month..)

I don't know if this is integrated for ips 4, but into >this blog entry is not mentioned.

to reduce consumption of band of hosting for example.

i thinks such as: 1MB for week, 10MB for month...

because i not have problem with backup files, but sure other clients must set a limit (15mb for single user)

or it could be merged: 50mb for a user and 2mb for week...

thanks for this, it could be great for active community

ps for invisionpower.com You have used 2.5MB of 250KB ?? 250kb right?
