Empty forum if contain archived topics

If you visit the individual topic (which has previously been archived), you are able to delete the topic.

If you visit the forum in ACP > Forums > Manage Forums, you cannot empty the forum. You get an error message saying , "System Error

[#1138.1] You cannot perform this action as this forum contains archived topics."

You ought to be able to empty the forum as an Administrator within the ACP since you're essentially deleting all of the topics, which is a function that is permissible on the topic-level.
