usage of illegal ipb license

greetings ipb community,

propably post it in a wrong topic but i couldn't find a right one for my contribution.

I want to report a forum which are using a illegal version of ipb. the forum name is (URL REMOVED)

I just don't like if other people abuse the work of other people.
