Add "check all" to IP window in ban panel, admin cp

Please add "check/uncheck all" functionality to the IPs in the ban window of admin cp when viewing a member. It can take forever to check/uncheck all when needed. Ability to expand window would be nice also. Thanks

I think I've suggested this before (or thought about it at least) a 'select all' checkbox would be most useful. Previously when I've looked at boards with too many to manually remove quickly I've tended to just run a query instead but the 'all' checkbox would be a good addition. :)
