Suggestion: Add a feature to remove warnings

It would be nice if administrators could remove warnings from users warning history. While you are currently able to remove the warning points, you are unable to remove warning messages which are permanently stuck with user accounts.

If it's possible too, it would be nice if administrators could clear name change history.

These have been on my mind for a while. I hope the IPB team considers my suggestions :)
