Woodburner Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 We may have issues with some features or functions but that should not stop us from expressing a certain gratitude for the IPB support staff. I have been in touch with Alan Wagstaff and Mark Higgins following the recent upgrade to 3.4.3 and I and my fellow admins would like to make IPB aware of just how exellent the service was and is that we received. Both of them are efficient and highly knowledgable support members that are quick and friendly. I congratulate IPB on having them on their payroll. JB
