Positive and negative reputation modes (not like) in mobile skin and show points

In the mobile skin now, you only support the like mode.

If you use positive rep only or positive and negative, then you've no way to rep up or down in mobile skin.

I would also like to see the amount of reputation points in the mobile skin, besides the up/down.
