Is it possible to geolocate a post?

Hi!

As title says, I am wondering if there is a ready made solution that allows users to geolocate a post?
The scenario is that I want that users can post photos and/or text and refer it to a specific location on a map.

Or if anyone know of a solution that integrates well with ip.board

IP.Gallery supports geolocation by reading EXIF images.

The forums do not attempt to lookup location of posts (though a modification could be written, in theory, that attempts this via IP address).
