I have this but its disabled against the group used to make that test post. my prior experience with it has shown it honors permissions correctly BUT...always a first time.
just seems odd since if it was that hook it most likely would not use the same color throughout.

let me disable those 2 hooks and do fresh skin installs to be sure.
will take me a few to report back, probably a simple setting or something I have missed or the directory copy (I moved domains, new folder same server) may have had a glitch on this.

is there easy way to remove Pearula Skin Settings ?

ok it was the customize posts mod applying settings somehow.
need to look into its default settings.

Can't install it; there is some bad .xml going on for the images-pareula.xml.gz
