Shorewall firewall blocking incoming RSS feeds - any idea what I need to ACCEPT in the rules?

I've had Shorewall software firewall installed on my server to block Baidu, Yandex, and a couple of other aggressive (bandwidth hogging) search engines, but it is also blocking incoming RSS data.

I know it is Shorewall because when I turn off the rules the feed data comes in.

Anyone know what rule/s I need to apply to allow incoming RSS data?
