Hi -

I would like to buy this file but it appears that it does not come in a complete language pack. Instead, it comes with three .xml language modules. If I copy those, it is my understanding that the English language pack will be overwritten.

Do you have a full language pack, in the forma:

language.xml.gz

?

Thanks,

Brian

Hi -

I just purchased the language pack download for 3.3.4

The zip file contains:

Folder labeled: 'Language pack' and contains 3 .gz files

- core_language_pack.xml.gz

- forums_language_pack.xml.gz

- members_language_pack.xml.gz

Folder labeled: 'Modules' and contains 3 .xml files

- core_modules

- forums_modules

- members_modules

Text document labeled: jak_nainstalovat_preklad

Text document labeled: language_pack_installation_readme

According to both posts here in the support forum and from official support tickets, I cannot use the language pack files because they will overwrite the default english language pack:

Hello.

That language pack is not a "single-file" language pack, it's a collection of Language Modules, that's why it overwrote English.
Our only option to repair that is to revert the entire English pack, but that would remove any customizations, yes.

Your best bet at this point is to do a full restore, then find a language pack that is a single xxxxx.xml.gz file, not a collection of language modules, and import that.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Thank you.

Therefore, I would like to request that you create a "single" xxxx.xml.gz file that I can import and that will sit alongside my other language packs. I am happy to pay for your extra time, if that is needed. If you cannot assist, please refund my purchase.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi -

Just following up with my request for a single language.xml.gz file.

As I mentioned before, I am happy to provide a supplemental fee to you for your extra work.

Thank you.

Brian
