Add tag(s) on multi-moderation

I feel tags could be very useful for us when deciding to remove certain forums, but there is no option in multimoderation for adding tags upon action. It would then serve the same purpose as adding something to front or back of title, but I feel it would be really helpful to be able to add tag(s) aswell in multimoderation.

(Of course, it should then be done a automatic check that topics didn't already have the tag, before adding it)

this mod should work, there is spot in acp for it.

Oh, I forgot about that feature in that mod, seen and commented on it before ;)

With that said; I feel it would be appropiate to have it in the core.
