Changing acp path

Has anyone ever attempted this, or wanted it.
Changing the admin folder is one thing but changing the path is another.
instead of keeping it in the forum root, you can hide it somewhere else.
I have successfully done this, and just curious if anyone else has, or is interested.

What do you mean exactly, Another location or server or just different folders ?

Like:

www.mysite.com/folder1/folder2/admin/index.php ?

If so that is possible, As long as it's on the same server/ftp account then all that is needed is the change of the conf_global.php file and give it the right location :)
