Where can I find the code where I can add my own buttons at the top navigational bar? Our website, http://prox12.com, would like to add static links to external webpages next to "Chat" on the navigational bar.

Open the template Global Templates -> globalTemplate and find:

It looks like one of your hooks/custom fields in the sidebar is breaking the formatting as that doesn't happen with a basic install. Try disabling them one by one to find out which:

I really do like the look of the skin, but I find that the member profile in the topic view is to blocky and big. Is there any way of moving it over or make it more slim?
