Add button to switch editors

In 3.2, can we have a button on the reply editor that allows us to switch between the rich text editor and the plain text editor?

There is one.. it is on the far left on the top row... looks like a light switch.

Oh, thanks. Odd image choice, which is probably why I didnt figure it out. :P
Most others use the same symbol (which is the two letter "A"s)
