3.2 submit status in top menu.. can it be ajax?

just submitted a status using the top bar drop down menu, it reloads the page? couldnt we make this ajax?

It did not refresh the page just now when I did it.

No refresh here either, yours might have been a bug Benj. If you can reproduce it, I'd suppose reporting it in the tracker.
