April 1, 201114 yr Glad you like it :) It's using IP.Nexus. If you have any problems specific to your account - just submit a support request and we can get that sorted :)
April 2, 201114 yr Author + Rep to you :) I also have two suggestion. 1. Per ticket I mark it as resolved. I want to say thank you then mark it as resolved in ONE click like I used to be able to before you switched to IP Nexus. 2. Show renewal prices with each purchase.
April 2, 201114 yr Marking resolved and replying are deliberately two separate things now. If you reply and mark resolved at the same time, we'll never see your reply, as we only show open tickets on the back end.
