You actually just submitted your ticket this morning and it's a conversion question which is outside of "normal" support. You also appear to try to be converting from SMF to IPB 3.0.5 which will cause you headaches as our converters are designed to work with the latest version of our software.

Someone will reply to you within the terms of your support service level :)

Well you guys had to have had a converter for 3.0.5 back then. So is there somewhere i can download the old converters?! I need to get this done, as ive said my website has been offline for 4 days because of this, this isnt my first ticket issue dealing with conversions. I really need my site back up not only because my members have been waiting 4 days (which i know isnt IPS's fault) but i also have a program that is tied into my website that wont run until the website is back up. How long do you think it will take before my ticket is reviewed by a "specialist"?

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to convert to an older version, 3.0.5? In my opinion it is always better to use the latest version for various reasons, the foremost being the security.

Oh i was converting to 3.1.4 which worked out fine. But i have a simple php script that runs with my program to the forums for members to login and such, that is about 100 or less lines long that seems to have stopped working when i switched to 3.1.4 so i was forced back to 3.0.5 because without that script working properly with the new forums the program that i have tied to my website will not run, and that program is the whole reason for having the website in the first place.

The script is used to help members login basically to be verified through my program and well it worked fine with 3.0.5 and doesnt work with 3.1.4 its a simple script not a mod but i dont know why it wont work. Thats basically why im switching back to 3.0 unfortunately i have too.

Its not a mod or hook btw just a php script that sits in the index of my /forums directory.

This is the php btw...
