Select All for ACP permissions

The thing I hate most about promoting people to admin is setting up their permissions. It would be nice to have various features on these pages. One being "Select All" at the very top to select everything (der). Another being a "Select all in this group". Now, many people may say "but I don't want them to have "THIS". But if we had a select all and then just deselect what we don't want them to have, it would make life so much easier and far less clicking. It would make the process more streamlined. Though, you don't do this often, but when you do, it's annoying as all h***.
