Classifieds addon?

Some years ago, Brandon talked about adding a classified application. I'm sure lots of customer want this, nearly every IBP forum I know about has a 'classified' section, using just normal categories/forums.
I'm aware of this mod, but haven't dared to install it since it's not officially supported.

Its actively supported, theres a 28 page topic in the Customer Lounge about it, with many people helping out. (Not official I know, but its still good)

I know, and I really appreciate that people put so much effort into it, but you cannot expect this to last forever.
Having experienced before that a mandatory forum upgrade was impossible without removing an important mod, I don't like to take risk.
