LOCAL HOST question

Ok so, i use ipb community hosting here (lets call it 'site 1'.

but my actual site is a godaddy site (lets call it 'site 2'.

how do i get the LOCALHOST at site 1 to point to site 2.

so that the community php emails will work.

i fear thats why my email system isnt working
