Bug in version 3.1.3?

Hi, I upgrade my IPB forum to the v3.1.3 and when I try to merge two topics and paste the URL of the second topic gives me error, but instead of copying the URL, put only the ID of the topic works properly.

Sample if paste this:

http://www.mydoman.com/forum/index.php?/topic/229867-error-al-intentar-unir-temas-10389/

no works, but if paste only this:

229867


Works OK
