Need help with sitemap Google

I had my site on shared hosting and used Softplus GStire Crawler and it always worked great, generating sitemaps that worked with google.

Now that I have moved to VPS hosting I can't seem to get it right. The sitemaps I submit Google is only finding a few links.

It's something about the path I'm sure, but I am just lost. If anyone has time to lend a hand, please contact me. I could use the help getting the site back to using sitemaps.

Google has found me, and is crawling the site, but only finding maybe the index page and one other, but I don't know what I am doing wrong that the sitemaps aren't usable by Google.
