Feedback for users of a forum, stars only, no comments,

The users of our forum are contantly asking us for a better feedback system, so that they can leave feedback (not just stars) for other members of the forum. Is there an upgrade coming for this? They would really like something a bit like e-bay, a limited number of characters (approx 80 to 100) & a feedback scoring system to rate members, not their posts.

You can already rate member profiles, as well as leave profile comments. Does that not do what you are asking for?
