Sitemap exclude list needed for ipb/content

We have installed a sitemap generator which has presets for Exclusion URL's and Do Not Parse URL's for every forum, it seems, except ipb... which means we need a list.
Example: vbulletin exclude URL's:

calendar.php
cron.php
editpost.php
image.php
member.php
memberlist.php
misc.php
newattachment.php
newreply.php
newthread.php

profile.php
register.php
search.php

A list of urls common to ipb that should not be site-mapped would be appreciated immensely.

Have you looked in the robots.txt file that comes with the IPB install set?

I assume the do-not-index items would be the same ones you'll want to exclude in your site map.
