How To / Idea: RSS list of latest changed topics

This is something I could do with having for the latest IP.Board customer installation we're carrying out.

The current website shows a list of the latest changed topics for the current forum (phpBB). We're converting them to IP.Board and a newer website and so are looking to repeat this functionality.

So let's say the following topics were the 'latest' topics entered, the list would look like:
- Topic 1
- Topic 2
- Topic 3
- Topic 4

If someone then posted to Topic 3, the list would then be:
- Topic 3
- Topic 1
- Topic 2
- Topic 4

The point is to just display the topic name itself with a link to the topic, nothing more, nothing less. It's a way for people to keep up to date with what changes are being made to the forum.

A good idea for the future or does some bright spark have an idea how to get this done within the current functionality?

You can do this with IP.Content, fyi. I know you're not asking about IP.Content, just pointing that out in case you weren't aware.
