Problem with search on 3.1.1 board

I was checking out the ImgBurn forum at http://forum.imgburn.com/ , and from the main page, did a search for "Ask toolbar" (with surrounding quotes) in the search box at the top right of the page.

It said there were 32 results, and indicated there were two pages, but the first page only shows 15 results and the second page has no results. Any idea why ?

This is not my site, but as I use IPB I wanted to know if this was a bug in IPB 3.1.1 ?

I'm not aware of any bugs off the top of my head that would account for what you are describing.
