I'm getting this message lately on new members. I think they may be from Facebook or Twitter because I'm using both of those 'connect'.

What's going on?

When a person first logs in using Facebook or Twitter, we create a holding record for them in the database. This holds their data that we have at that point. Then they are brought to an intermediary form where we collect their display name and email address. If the user leaves your site before filling in this information, then they will have no display name set.

If they return, they will be required to complete this form before they can proceed to the forums.

This is working as intended.
