Taking the side panel a step further

I like the fact that you can collapse specific sections in the side panel. But having that and the collapse button seems a bit funky to me...

What I would like to see is a way to remove/add/arrange blocks in the side panel. I'm not talking about drag-and-drop necessarily, but something in the UserCP. If you have no blocks, then you have no side panel :).

As mentioned before, i would like to see two sidebars, with the option to allow one, both or neither to be hidden all the time by members (admin choice) and the ability to move items between them (user choice or admin choice).

With certain blocks compulsory - perhaps adverts or navigation.

I agree with Ian. Two sidebars would be great. Also, drag and drop would also be cool (as in the blog layout).
