New Threads / Postings since the last login

I just moved my forum with 330.000 postings and approx 9.000 users from SMF to IPB. Most of the users are now complaining about the way IPB is displaying new postings and threads. In SMF

Show unread posts since last visit.

Show new replies to your posts.

Tell them to go into their settings and ensure that the View New Content Method setting is set to "Show me all new content since my last visit". Then when leave your site they should mark the board as read.

I gather there may be a mod that allows a member to see new replies to their threads. Have a look in the resources section.
