Profile Backgrounds--eliminate overflow on fixed width forums

Pretty self explanatory. I have a fixed width forum. I set a background from Twitter and it doesn't keep within the forum width constraints. This should be corrected.

Same her, when i tile it , its fine, but the other option only makes it show half page.
And its on the custom skin

I believe all I have to do is set the width to x and set margins to auto left/right on the default skin to get the overflow.
