Marking as "Under review" shouldnt take you away from the report

Hi, in 3.0.5 and probarbly in 3.1.0 you are taken back to the report center overview when marking a report as "Under review". This is not very user-friendly in our opinion. Because when you mark a report as "Under review" you (probarbly) want to stay in the report so you actually can continue reviewing it. :)

At some times we often have 20 + active reports in our report center, and thats makes it very annoying to have to go back to the report you just marked before you are going to continue working on it.
