Ticket Response

I completely understand being swamped with assistance requests, but I've submitted a ticket and going on 12 hours later, no response. I hate to be that individual that says, "for the amount I paid, I'd expect better customer service." Unfortunately, I'm in that situation. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a great program, but some help would be nice. :thumbsup:

We are at the moment, a lot busier than normal. Since 3.0 was released, as I'm sure you can imagine, everybody has questions which have flooded tech support.

While we state a guaranteed 48 hour response time, we usually provide much better. We're doing as much as we can to get things back to a standard we can be proud of, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Thanks Mark. I'll just hold tight for a response, I wasn't aware 3.0 had just released, so I can understand the insanity that has insued!
