  3. I completely understand being swamped with assistance requests, but I've submitted a ticket and going on 12 hours later, no response. I hate to be that individual that says, "for the amount I paid, I'd expect better customer service." Unfortunately, I'm in that situation. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a great program, but some help would be nice. :thumbsup:
