I wrote a mail back to the billing email adress (just used the answer function) because I had a question, but never got a replay. I never got a replay from any of the posted email adresses from the contact site :( Now I tried to open a ticket, hopefully that will help ^_^ Cheers Chris
bfarber Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 Emails, when sent to the correct address, are read. I don't know what the reply-to address is for outgoing billing notices, however, so I can't comment on that directly.
