On ipb3, you can switch to low-fi mode, but it wont let you switch back, unless you use the ACP.

but you should still be able to switch to a different skin. The change skin option at the bottom of the page is shown, and it appears to work, and it reloads the page like it should. It very successfully changed the theme from low-fi to low-fi. Because of the fact that the option is still visible, I figured that this was just a bug.

The lofi skin is not complete and should not be used/tested. We installed it here so we could test it from our mobile devices, however it will be undergoing huge template changes around RC1 stages.
