OpenID in IPB 3.0 and logging in with Gmail account

OpenID support is a great addition for IPB 3.0. As you know, Gmail is now an OpenID server.

For Standard OpenID, should be a URl, like: http://myurl.com

but for Gmail openID , it should be a email, like: muaccount@gmail.com

The OpenID feature in IPB 3.0 doesn't support the Gmail (email) method.

Google does not use their email as their openid.

I haven't tested this extensively, but it says mine is

"http://openid-provider.appspot.com/(part of my email before the @ symbol)"
